Customer Service Statement



I will ensure:-

    • To return telephone calls as soon as possible and to keep appointments.
    • To maintain a smoke, drug, alcohol, and noisy-radio free work
      environment.
    • To employ sensible workers who are qualified/competant to do the work
      in hand.
    • To Carry proper public liability and employers insurance at all times.

    • To provide written estimates detailing proposed works, level of
      preparation to surfaces required, a specification of brand/quality of paint to
      be used and number of coats needed.
    • To provide proper protection from splashes and drops of paint to
      adjacent non-painted surfaces, floors, windows, carpets, paths, roofs, plants
      and lawns.
    • To take care when removing or covering up furniture.
    • To ensure that non-painted door and window furniture, hinges, etc. are
      kept free from paint.
    • To clean up properly (and vacuum!) when the job is finished.
    • To be aware of, and have a proper regard for, everybody's health and
      safety.
    • To guarantee the completed work against failure due to defective
      workmanship for one year.
